− Air conditioning did not work and we got given a fan for the first night which was very hot. Water pressure also changed a lot

10.0Todo estuvo excelente! La ubicación, a distancia a pie de los principales puntos turísticos. El desayuno muy bueno, agua de cortesía todos los días, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas. Pero lo que más destaco es la amabilidad y dedicación del personal. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el aire acondicionado y nos dejaron chocolates de regalo como disculpas. La atención del personal de recepción y desayuno son el distintivo de este hotel, están pendientes de cualquier necesidad y eso siempre se valora al estar de visitante en una ciudad. Volveríamos sin dudarlo!!!
