9.0Two bedroom apartment was as expected not 5 star but comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff. Free undercover parking. I would stay again.

A functional accommodation that met our family needs, with helpful staff and yummy daily breakfast.
8.0Our family of 4 adults felt comfortable, safe and well serviced during our stay. The staff were very helpful with any questions that we had. Glad to be able to park our car in the secure underground car park. We loved the daily breakfast that was included, and Tommy went out of his way to provide 'gluten free' options for us. Although the property was full, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. The safe was a good addition to the room, where we could keep our valuables. Overall we were very pleased to have chosen Comfort Inn and Suites in Burwood.
− The bathroom was a little pokey, and in need of an upgrade. All amenities worked well however. Just a small thing, but one of the bedside table lights was not working in the main bedroom. Also, the TV connection in the main room was inconsistent. Located on a busy road we could hear some traffic noise, but once the windows were closed it was much better.
