Pésima atención del personal
7.0está bien ubicado, los alimentos cumple con la espectativa.
− La pesíma atención de la chica de recepción, llegué y me dijo que no tenía habitaciones, eran las 10 de la noche, salí del hotel y busqué por internet y si me aparecieron habitaciones disponibles, regresé a decirle, con mala actitud me respondió; no han actualizado el sistema, ya le dije que no tengo, entonces procedí a reservar en línea porque le dije me aparecía disponibilidad, una vez que reservé le avisé y dijo: no sé si haya hay que esperar, al verme molesta al minuto me dijo que si tenía, no es posible que tengan a ese tipo de personal, tan deficiente desde la recepción pierden clientes. Al día siguiente en el desayuno, igual personal del área de cocina, un señor adulto, de lentes, pensó que yo había tirado cereal porque tenía el mismo, yo estaba sentada, volteé a ver como estaba limpiando y pasó a decirme "cochina", muy decepcionante la atención, la verdad fui por tema de descanso, no iba a estar peleando por cualquier cosa pero insisto, el personal está de malas o no le gusta su trabajo, ojalá les hagan un llamado de atención.
