10.0Nice room and nice stay as always (3rd time to stay in this hotel). Hotel staff is always friendly and very considerate of hotel users. In breakfast, there was Japanese food option and I liked it.

Internet downgrade
6.0Second time I stay here, and i like the room very much. Very big, and the bed is very lovely. However, the internet. Last time I stayed here i could get up to around 80 Mbps, but now only 10 Mbps, what is the deal with that?? Its the year 2024 and this is the only speed you can provide to your guests?? Its a BIG downgrade from last time, and because of that, I will not be staying here again, since speed is a big issue for me.
