1.0HORRIBLE Hôtel sympathique à première vue, mais faites très attention : la piscine n'est pas à la hauteur. J'ai séjourné récemment dans cet hôtel et j'ai contracté une infection à l'œil après avoir utilisé la piscine. J'ai même dû me rendre à l'hôpital pour être soigné. J'ai signalé la situation à l'établissement afin qu'il prenne les mesures nécessaires pour éviter que cela n'arrive à d'autres clients. Malheureusement, leur seule réponse a été de nier toute responsabilité en affirmant que cela ne venait pas de leur piscine.
− Je suis très déçu par leur manque de considération et de professionnalisme. À fuir. Je n'ai pas apprécié l'état de la piscine ni la façon dont l'établissement a géré mon signalement. Après avoir utilisé la piscine, j'ai développé une infection à l'œil qui a nécessité une prise en charge à l'hôpital. Lorsque j'ai informé l'hôtel afin qu'il vérifie les installations et prenne des mesures de prévention, ma remarque a été écartée sans réelle considération.
