7.0There was no comfortable chair or sofa in the room, just a bench-like sofa that was quite uncomfortable. The pool area and breakfast was mediocre and you would expect more for what I paid.

Fantastic staff
7.0The staff are the stars of the property. They did everything they could to provide the best possible stay.
− We had bad smells in the bedroom and the bathroom. Regular cleaning by housekeeping did not seem to help and the stench worsened. When the issues were raised with the front desk, the technical staff were sent in. They seemed to know the reason for the stench and fixed the issues. One fix included a 3 hour repair job. We wish that the room had been repaired before we had occupied it. And we did not have to bear with the stench for the first few days of our stay.
Clean quiet location
10.0The rooms were very simple and uncluttered. Very clean no mold. Jame was extremely helpful during our stay. He helped us when we arrived and as we departed. Always with a smile and willing to assist with anything you need. The shuttle was a big help when it was too hot to walk. The entire staff was friendly and took care of any issue immediately. The lo by is most relaxing and inviting. Walking to or from the BTS is convenient. 711 right around the corner. Breakfast was great, freshly cook food daily. Room service was exceptional! A great place to stay.
