10.0An Exceptional Stay in Barcelona! Room & Staff: The room was beautiful and spotless. The front desk team was extremely professional, helpful, and smooth to deal with—their service exceeded all my expectations. Deposit Refund: A €200 deposit was taken, and I was told it would be refunded within 3 days. To my surprise, the money was returned to my account within hours while I was still at the airport after checkout! Outstanding and remarkably fast service. Flexibility & Support: We made a mistake during booking by choosing a king bed and a single bed instead of 3 single beds. Upon speaking to reception, they were incredibly accommodating and immediately sent the housekeeping team to rearrange the room to 3 single beds. Amenities: I was pleasantly surprised to find a bidet shower (shattaf) in one of the bathrooms, which is a fantastic and convenient touch for Arab travelers. Location & Safety: The location is upscale, vibrant, and highly central with everything nearby. The area feels very safe. A heartfelt thank you to the staff—we will definitely be booking here again!
− Luggage & Parking: The only minor downside was that there was no bellhop service to assist with taking bags to the room. Additionally, you have to park very close to the entrance along the pedestrian walkway to unload your luggage. It wasn't a major issue for us and we easily managed, but it's worth keeping in mind.
