10.0The staff are amazing. They were so cheerful and helpul. There is a nice lounge you can wait in until your room is ready. They even return your stored luggage and escort you to your room when ready. Loved the 2 different rooms I stayed in. One was a complimentary upgrade to a private dipping pool on the balcony which was shallow and refreshing on a great deck and the other was the terrace room with a locked entrance to the main pool area. This was actually my favorite as it was a huge room with a separate living area. The location was perfect for walking around and a 2 min walk to the Barcelona Cathedral, shops, eateries, and shaded plazas. Freenow cabs used throughout stay and were quick to arrive, plentiful, and very reasonably priced.

8.0Emplacement, piscine et petit déjeuner. Le personnel est vraiment top ! Ils ont gérés avec un grand professionnalisme le problème de réservation de petit déjeuner.
− Une seule personne sur le roof top pour gérer le bar n’est pas suffisant. Tables basses non débarrassées régulièrement et non nettoyées, des verres vides qui traînent partout… certains transats sont vraiment tachés, c’est dommage. Les ascenseurs n’inspirent pas confiance du tout.

10.0We absolutely loved our stay at the Catalonia Hotel! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore and enjoy the city. But what really stood out was the staff — they were genuinely the kindest and most welcoming we encountered throughout our entire trip. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and warm, which made our stay feel extra special. A beautiful experience from start to finish. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
