Immaculately clean accommodation

Good location, lots of restaurants, stores etc close by.

− The booking.com photos make the rooms appear a lot more attractive than they are, the room does have a nice bathroom, but the wallpaper is peeling off and down the section of the hotel you can tell it is a little dated and worn. Non smoking hotel, but a stale cigarette smell was present in the room. Comfortable bed, but felt a little damp with the AC on. Fantastic staff, welcoming and assisting with restaurant recommendations and escort, Woody in particular. A nice breakfast, with à la carte options. All in, an OK stay. But in need of renovation to be classed as a Luxury Hotel.

Concierge staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly and accommodating to our needs. Pool and gym facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good. Access to 24 hour supermarket was very convenient. Transport to BTS was appreciated as it is a 10-15 minute walk.

− Not much to fault. The hotel rooms were a little noisy both in terms of street noise on the road frontage to Sukhimvit 55 and noise transfer between hotel rooms. The Grohe shower mixer in the bathroom needed an instruction manual to operate.

Hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, room was spacious and clean, service was great, and great buffet breakfast in the morning. Highly Recommend this hotel.

− Location is slightly away from a lot of the tourist locations so it will take time to get to any of them especially in Bangkok traffic.

Très bon choix mais loin du centre historique

Chambre très comfortable, grande, très calme et tres propre. Navette toutes les 30 mn pour vous déposer au metro Thong lo ou au bateau plus au nord. Concierges très sympa . Belle et grande piscine.

− Emplacement beaucoup trop eloigné du Centre historique: comptez au moins une heure pour aller à Chinatown ou au grand palais par exemple! Tout depend donc de votre programme à BKk! La navette le week end ne fonctionne qu’à partir de 9 h00, du coup j’ai du prendre un taxi pour rejoindre le airport train ( à moins de 10 mn). Arrivee à 13h00, on ne m’a pas donné de chambre sous pretexte que le check in était à 15h00 , hors je doute qu’en juillet l’hotel était plein! Du coup ai pris une douche dans la salle de sport…. La piscine est malheureusement interdite après 8 pm…. Quand on rentre des visites donc! Le restaurant de l’hotel est un restaurant Italien!!! Dommage car n’avais alors pas envie d’y aller! J’aurais préféré un bon restaurant Thai!
