− Le staff homme qui travaille en soirée: ils ne répondent pas aux salutations, ils ne sont pas agréables, ils n’ont aucun sens du service client. ACCOR qui est un groupe Français doit vraiment faire un effort sur la qualité du service client et l’accueil à la réception
