8.0La posizione e la bontà di verdura e frutta. Qui rispetto all' Italia è tutto molto più gustoso.
− Sarebbe fantastico avere in sala almeno un altra persona che serve ai tavoli; ci sono momenti in cui una sola persona non riesce a gestire facilmente tutto il carico (servi ai tavoli, apparecchiare/sparecchiare, ricevere i clienti o fargli il conto). L' altra cosa che non mi sarei aspettato è il menù fisso alla sera; pensavamo cambiasse tutte le sere (ma non è un grosso problema).

7.0Le petit-déjeuner et les repas étaient bons. Ce qui était important pour moi, c'était la proximité de la plage et de la mer. Tout était parfait, merci.
Sans ce problème de douche brûlante, c'eut été sympathique
5.0Chambre confortable. Gratuité du parking souterrain de l'hôtel. Et possibilité de rester la journée lorsque nous sommes allés visiter la Sagrada Familia (en métro). Le petit déjeuner était parfait, très grand choix de produits et incroyablement différent du repas du soir, plutôt mauvais.
− Une des deux chambres réservées avait un problème dans la salle de bain : l'eau de la douche était brûlante (chambre 411) au point qu'il était impossible de se laver. Le mitigeur était cassé. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau froide. Le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas cherché à nous dépanner, impossible de trouver une autre chambre car tout était complet. Le plus incroyable : le problème est connu depuis .. 15 ans ! Et pas un seul geste commercial, pas un remboursement proposé... Rien ! Heureusement que nous avions deux chambres, ainsi ma sœur et mon beau-frère sont venus se doucher dans notre chambre. Le séjour était gâché, surtout à ce prix !!! Pour la partie restaurant le soir, il s'agit de surgelés, plutôt moyen et assez décevant. Il y a beaucoup mieux à la plage ou dans les environs.
