8.0We stayed at this hotel (7 people) due to the central location, while it is located at Liberty Square. The location was indeed extremely central. The hotel itself is a budget hotel. Reception operates 24/7 but there is no cafe inside the hotel in case you want to stay in. Other than that it was clean, with bathrooms that need a little bit of refreshment but nothing that would bother the stay.
