− The reception staff were not wellcomming on both arrival and departure.

6.0This is an outdated hotel that has a super good infrastructure, but is in desperate need of renovation. The bedroom is very spacious.
− The bedroom was not clean, even after I complained, it was still not clean. The carpet is nasty and you can feel stuff on it when you walk on it, I also found food remains in a corner, the windows were dirty. Same with the gym, it is very well equipped, but dirty. Also, I was in a non smoking floor but there was a permanent cigarette smell.
