Quite good value for money in a location ideally suited for proximity to Bourke St Mall and theatres
8.0I received an upgrade for a very reasonable sum and was attended to by Julianna. Received vouchers for two free coffees at the excellent cafe in the alley behind the hotel. Also, the room was ready straight away which was appreciated after a very early flight from NZ. Room on the 22nd floor was very quiet with a lovely nighttime city view. Comfortable bed.
− Hand basin is in the studio room OUTSIDE the bathroom - it was cracked and chipped and the plug did not function. there was a dirt buildup along the outside of the shower cabinet.
Good stay overall
6.0Bed was comfortable, size of apartment was good, excellent location.
− Unit needed a deep clean, dirty touch points : door cupboards, light switches, remotes, dust layers on top and base of skirting boards. Shower pressure not great.
The hotel facilities are not not good

− The air-condition switch On and Off automatically the whole night, I can’t sleep at all because of the noise from the switch and fans!
