Good place - Horrible staff
2.0We spent 10 days because of how much we loved Barcelona (originally planned to stay 3 days only), the facility itself is fine, accessibility wise it was convenient, nearby metro and the Diagonal area is filled with restaurants, cafes and shopping. There's only one front desk guy who was helpful, the rest were attitude queens.
− Elevator broke twice which is an issue for 5th floor Check-in is horrible and messy (starts after 3:00pm). Sofa bed is horrible, very painful to sleep on for 9 nights, however the big bed was fine for older people. Neighbors on the last two days were suuuuper loud from 2:00am till morning, when we asked the reception to help, they said nothing they can do. When we extended our stay, the front desk staff asked for my phone to put the rating herself!. *The disaster in this trip is that when we asked for a check-out invoice, I was told they will send it via email, after a month and a half of following up, they ended up sending wrong name and less amounts than the actual paid, kept asking for the correct invoice and eventually they told me to f off!.*
A disappointing stay in a flat that is badly in need of renovation and better maintenance.
5.0Location. Towels and sheets are ok.
− The flat is in urgent need of renovation and is currently in a very poor state. Overall, everything looks rather dirty, worn out and unpleasant. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable, especially the sofa bed. The furniture and overall furnishings are very old and deteriorated. Both air-conditioning units are in poor condition and make a lot of noise. The window insulation is also extremely poor, so you can hear all the noise from the neighbouring flat.
