Great experience at the St. Regis Bangkok
10.0Our family took a week plus trip to (one of my favorite cities) Bangkok, and we stayed at the St. Regis on the first part of our trip and it was incredibly memorable. As usual, the staff was fantastic. Every department from the Butler team (Sebastian, For, Gio and Menn), reception, the restaurant staff, Concierge, and bell hops were really amazing. A special call out to the Concierge team led by Kanda. I started planning our activities about a month prior and sent so many emails and questions to their team and they were always responsive, flexible and patient. Thank You Concierge team, you made our experience that much more incredible in Bangkok. The breakfast team was equally helpful and thank you to Mew, Decha, and the many others (sorry I don't remember all the names). Our room was really spacious and the house cleaning team kept it spotless all the team. The location was perfect for us as it is connected to a BTS line, walking distance to several malls including the massive CentralWorld that had quality restaurants up and down every level. We loved the Butler service and receiving little surprises in our room especially after long and hot days outside exploring the city. One example was finding a cold pot of sweeten butterfly pea tea waiting for us, such a nice touch. I can not heap enough praise about this property and high recommend. We were all very sad to check out but we will be back!
