9.0Your receptionist upon checking in...SUPERB!! A great asset to your Company! Friends. Informative. Good selections. We thank her!! Breakfast was very good. Good selection.
− The poor state of the various corridors leading to the rooms. You really do need to change the carpets and do painting of walls, not a 4 star standard at all

− Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Sie sind mir schon beim Einzug aufgefallen, danach wurden es immer mehr. Das Hotel hat keinen Pool, sondern nur einen Spa-Bereich, der nichts Besonderes ist. Den Spa muss man buchen und die Dauer beträgt 50 Minuten.

Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses.
