8.0Breakfast was excepcional. Vallet and porter service was excepcional.
− Water leaking from ceiling in the bathroom. I was offered another room but did not accept It as we were otherwise content with the room.

Great spot for families, business travel, and more
10.0Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed for a family of 4. We stayed for 2 weeks and they were very accommodating (other than not allowing PJs to be worn at breakfast). I was able to work from the business center and the internet was good. Breakfast was good, spa and pool were good, service at the restaurant and room service was always prompt. We had exceptional service from Daniel especially who helped us with our bags a various other things. Location is good if you need to stay in Polanco, just be aware the hotel is right next to a highway and depending on where your room is you’ll get some highway noise. All in all a fabulous stay and would stay again any time!
