− L'amabilité du personnel, pas d'indication où se trouve le parking à part une adresse et porte :G ..pas de produit à douche avant le lendemain après midi, il faut quémander pour le papier toilette

7.0La propreté et la personnel d’accueil.
− Le manque de climatisation . Impossible de dormir avec la chaleur du mois d’août même avec les portes fenêtres ouvertes , pensez à vous munir de répulsif contre les mousitiques car sans climatisation vous allez devoir tout ouvrir pour respirer un peu et du coup leur permettre d’entrer dans l’appartement.

8.0A friendly english-speaking reception, cheap underground parking (15 EURO/day) It turned out, that the location is very convenient, the commuting to the city center is via nice and cheap metro. I would definitely consider this place when next time at Lyon.
− we were on the top floor, but there was a smell of smoke from the guests from below. It was allowed (?) to smoke on the balconies.
