− La baignoire n'était pas propre , les joints étaient tte noirs. Le levier était bouché,on l' a signalé à l'accueil. Le service technique est passé débouché lors de notre absence et la porte n'a pas été refermée après l'intervention. Nous sommes rentrés en fin de journée. Notre porte était ouverte et notre appartement était juste en face de l'ascenseur. Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil.

− Le mensonge : le studio etait annoncé climatisé ( faux) Un lit bébé a été commandé pour un enfant de 2 ans et seul un cododo pour un bébé de 6 mois à été mis à disposition après signalement à la réception. Lors d'une deuxième réclamation, le receptioniste nous a dit je peux rien vous faire. Le samedi et malgré un réveil tôt le petit-déjeuner était fini car trop de clients sont passés
