2.0La ubicación es buena, el desayuno está bastante completo al ser buffet, cumple con lo que promete, tiene variedad pero nada es realmente destacable, solo que al ser self service puedes tomar todo lo que quieras en el horario en el que está disponible y es muy conveniente solo pasar a sentarte.
− El personal puede ser muy amable, o muy desatento, depende totalmente de quién te atienda en ese momento. La primera vez que me quedé les hice saber que mi reservación ya incluía el late check out, y el chico amablemente me dijo que si le enseñaba la captura me lo haría válido, cosa que no entiendo por qué preguntar si debería tenerlo registrado él pero ok porque lo pidió de manera amable y al mostrarlo no puso ninguno pero. La segunda vez que me quedé, la señora que me atendió me dijo que el check out es a la 1 sin excepciones, y mi estancia ya también lo incluía, se lo hice saber y me dijo que volviera por la mañana para que me confirmara si se podía hacer, inmediatamente me di cuenta que esto era una trampa porque si volvía al día siguiente me iba a decir que eso se tenía que ver al hacer check in, por lo que reclamé en ese momento y aún así no quería hacerlo válido; me molestó mucho que quisiera engañarme pidiéndome volver en la mañana, como si no tuviera que planear mi día dependiendo de cuando hago el check out.

− El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, primer noche nos llevaron un ventilador, segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación, validen que si funcione el aire porque el hotel no es ventilado y en México de día hay mucho calor
