This is what I do not expect especially smell of cigarettes
2.0Spacious room with nice decoration and smell of cigarette even non smoking sign is placed in the room. Located on the main road so noisy from traffic is expected for sure for whole day and night. Don't know why they put dirty 2 duvets in my room cabinet. Many restaurants and streen side stalls are nearby and 2 convenient stores. WIFI is sucked !! Can't download anything even one photo in facebook !!

6.0The location around the hotel was not good: busy street, noisy and no place to go even for a short walk. No shopping at all: you have to take a taxi/bolt and ride for 30-40 to closest mall.
Thieves!
2.0Beware this hotel. They refuse to refund my ASQ booking as per the agreement, despite my repeated efforts via email. The amount is 26,900 baht, less 25% as a donation I offered. This constitutes theft. I had to cancel the trip for august 1st as the Thai Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City is currently closed and not issuing visas due to a Covid lockdown.I just lodged a complaint with the Thai Ombudsman.
Best luxurious hotel
8.0Bangkok is one of our prime destination for our holiday and business. M2 de Bangkok Hotel is our most favourite hotel to stay in Thailand. Front desk staff could speak good English, and they are so friendly, attentive and polite. Our room was spacious and very clean with modern design.
