− service of housekeeping. When entering the room there is a bad smell, maybe my room was next to garbage or cleaning facilities. Incomplete toiletries, need to request. Restaurant, i am not sure if all are self service..noticed on glasses for the juice have so many finger marks, i got one glass with lipstick mark :(
Sehr zu Empfehlen mit kleinen qualitativen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
9.0Die Aufteilung des Familienzimmer war grosszügig, hell und perfekt mit den Kindern. Das Hochbett inklusive Stofftiere war für die Kinder einladend und ebenso hilfreich das Einschlafen zu vereinfachen. Die Matrazen und Bettwaren, waren alle sehr angenehm, sauber und sorgten für einen erholsamen Schlaf für alle. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig mit internationaler und lokaler Küche, sodass jeder mehr als genug fand. Die tiefe Höhe der Tische war optimal für die Kinder zum selber wählen und bedienen. Die Qualität war sehr gut und Engpässe oder leere Teller waren nie zu sehen. Die Organisation funktionierte super. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Mitte zwischen der Flughafen Metro Strecke und dem städtischen Metro Netz und ist somit sehr gut in Gehdistanz.
− Die nächstgelegene Skytrain/Metro Station für den städtischen Verkehr ist ein wenig weiter weg (ca 15-20min Gehdistanz) als die Flughafenlinie (ca 10 min), da es keinen direkten Weg sondern nur durch die Malls oder den R-Walk entlang. Der Zugang vom R-Walk zum Hotel ist am Abend gesperrt und man muss erst über den unteren Eingang wieder nach oben. Der Empfang an der Novotel Reception mit der Weiterleitung zum Empfang für Kunden von Brokern wie Booking.com ist leider verwirrend anstatt einen gemeinsamen Empfangsdesk zu haben. Der Empfang durch das Personal war leider mit negativ interpretierbarem Lachen vom Personal und Zusatzgesprächen in Thai während des Check In Vorgangs nicht sehr einladend und hinterliess einen schlechten Eindruck. Die mattierte Glastrennwand von der Dusche im Badezimmer zum Hauptzimmer liess Konturen erkennen ohne die Möglichkeit dies zu verdecken. Ebenso ist es nicht möglich während eine Person duscht, gleichzeitig aufs WC zu gehen, da weder eine mattierte Glasswand noch ein seperater WC zugang vorhanden ist. Die Abtrennung sollte mehr Privatsspähre schaffen.
