For the brand standards of Hyatt, really disappointing.
6.0Disappointed experience for Hyatt standards. My wife and I booked 4 rooms between us for family. Our first room allocated had a bad sewer smell from the toilet. We requested to change rooms. The TV in the next room was not working. Wr had to change again. With 2 young kids, we had to keep repacking and moving which was inconvenient and we lost about 3 hours before we could settle in. The duty manager provided free breakfast for 2 rooms as service recovery. Staff Joy was helpful. There was also no on-site complimentary parking despite booking 4 rooms.
Great Location, friendly staff
8.0Great location for the Abba arena. Really good vibes around that area. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep of the hotel. Staff lovely and friendly. Minutes away from the tube and DLR. V & A East just around the corner, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park few minutes away, had a lovely walk in there. If you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle this is the place to stay. We went to the Museum of Illusions on Tottenham Court Road and we were there in very little time.

10.0Quiet haven in a busy shopping area. All bedroom facilities one would expect in 5 star hotel. Reception management fantastic and welcoming. Highly recommend
