Beautiful hotel, great staff
10.0Before the visit I had been in touch with concierge by email as we had a big birthday in our party. I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness and help given ahead of our arrival. On check in Minh from concierge appeared and welcomed us very well, making a fuss of my guest whose birthday it was. The hotel is well connected with transport and a good central base to explore the city from. Modern and spotlessly clean, the art beats fitted in well throughout. Rooms were spacious and well appointed and breakfast was good quality. Highly recommend a stay here, we were all very impressed.
