− Abbiamo avuto un problema serio con questa struttura: la nostra camera aveva la finestra rotta e non si chiudeva, in pratica poteva entrare chiunque. Ci hanno proposto un cambio camera, ci siamo fidati, ma purtroppo la camera che ci è stata data non era degna neanche di un ostello: vasca di trent’anni con macchie di umido e muffa, porta del bagno senza serratura, ovvero a saloon/va e vieni, pavimento tutto graffiato e sporco, battiscopa divelti, una montagna di formiche nella camera, materasso completamente imbarcato, avrà trent’anni? La signora della reception è stata davvero infinitamente gentile, non aveva colpe e ci ha anche dato un prodotto per le formiche. Ma non sono condizioni. Abbiamo prenotato un 4 stelle non pensavamo di andare in un ostello.
