− de kamer: geen badjassen , geen afzuiging in de badkamer, geen nieuwe koffie cups elke ochtend. Deze zaken verwacht je wel in een 5 sterren hotel van hilton.

− Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel : réception (Des informations contradictoires …, ménage demandé à 9h00… Toujours pas fait à 14h00, check out payé jusque 14h00, dérangé constamment entre 12H00 et 14h00), condescendance de certaines personnes à la réception à notre arrivée (mais qui est le client ?). Petit déjeuner : je m’étais habitué à leurs délicieuses crèpes, arrivée à 8H00 au petit déjeuner, je leur demande à trois reprises est-ce qu’il y a des crèpes au menu … Oui dans 5 minutes… 8h45 du matin… toujours pas de crèpes à l’horizon. Les valises sont gardées après le check out. AU retour sur les 5 valises, il en manquait une …
