− Que ponen cafetera de unas cápsulas raras que no venden en ningún sitio y que no dispone de un kit de limpieza para poder lavar un par de platos.
Cuidado con las reservas
3.0No tenía nada que ver lo que reservé y pagué con lo que me dieron. Ni la amplitud, ni el baño, ni sala de comedor etc. Te dicen que son fotos genericas y luego me dieron lo que quisieron. Ni papelera de baño había. Lo único, la cama cómoda. Mucho cuidado. ⚠️
− Nada era como mostraba el apartamento que reservé. Nada.

4.0Acho que a única coisa boa mesmo é a localização.
− Primeiro.: Banheiro com o ralo entupido, tem que tomar banho em prestações. Liga o chuveiro, enche onde toma banho, desliga, espera a água baixar daí liga de novo, e assim vai. A sorte é que estava calor, por que no frio não tem condições. Segundo.: A cortina que "separa" o box do resto do banheiro está com cheiro muito forte, tem que ser trocada de tempos em tempos, e agora é urgente. Terceiro.: Faz muito barulho aos redores do prédio. Eles têm culpa? Claro que não. Mas a janela não fecha, ela é de vidro duplo para evitar isso, mas não fecha. E além de não ter "nada" para inebir a entrada do sol durante a manhã. Quando eu digo nada entre aspas por que tem uma cortina, mas é mesma coisa que nada. 🤷🏻 Ah estou a falar do quarto 414 não sei como são os outros. Tem frigorifo, fogão e secador de cabelo. Ah também tem 2 copos e 2 taças, só não tem utensílios para poder lavar. 😅 Não há uma esponja, nem líquido para lavar as louças.

− L'appartamento non corrispondeva alle foto inserite su booking, era piccola, mal tenuta, e la cosa peggiore è che non veniva garantita la privacy in quanto non era presente nessuna tenda su finestre che affacciavano a finestre di altri clienti. Dopo aver richiesto una camera sostitutiva, all'inizio mi è stato detto che non c'erano camere disponibili ma su booking c'erano, poi mi hanno richiesto un supplemento di 15 € a notte per un disagio da loro creato. Dopo aver aperto la segnalazione con booking hanno finalmente messo una tenda.
