La localización es perfecta La habitación es muy bonita

− Me hicieron el cobro doble, uno al llegar y otro en la madrugada. Hable con ellos varias veces y en la noche emitieron un documento de devolución, aún no se ha reflejado en el banco por ser tarjeta de crédito espero que todo salga bien. Solicite habitación para 4 personas adultas y un niño de 11 años, me dieron una habitación con dos camas queen que era obviamente insuficiente para los que estábamos, solicité cambio pero no me respondieron. La habitación me gusto si el espacio hubiera sido el suficiente para lo que solicité.

Not much. Location was alright if you're not too worried about noise levels, it's in a lively part of town. Security person tried to help us resolve a payment issue and did his best with the language barrier, but was just following instructions from the property manager.

− Firstly, upon arrival, the person at check in tried to charge us a second time for a prepaid booking. It took over 30 minutes of arguing, producing bank statements and booking.com payment confirmation in order for us to not pay twice for this room. It appeared that the online payment via a virtual card had not been processed correctly by the property in advance, but at that point this payment had already been taken by booking from my card. Having worked in this industry myself for a long time, i know that this charge not being processed by the property was on them at this point. It is simply not acceptable to try and make people pay a second time because you as a property made mistakes in processing booking.com prepayments. After a lengthy argument via google translate and finally convincing the person at check in, we were quite disappointed with our room, which was smaller than advertised and quite sparsely furnished. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb. The balcony outside also was not completely separated from the neighbouring balcony and it was possible to walk across, which we were a little uncomfortable with. Ventilation was poor, which was a first in any accommodation we stayed in over all our time in Mexico. We were uncomfortable for all our time here and slept poorly, since the bed was also smaller than advertised. On the second day of our stay, we came back and noticed that the power had went out in our room. This did not appear to be a localised blackout as other buildings on the street and the restaurant below had power, but we were left without electricity and wifi. As the person who handled check in appeared to be just a security person more than anything and we did not expect any help, we just cut our losses and left early. Overall, very poor and didn't at all live up to its rating and cost. There are nicer, better value places in the area and we were much happier with the alternative we found afterwards. Avoid this rip off.
