8.0I am giving it a 4 because I did not expect that the entrance will be at the parking area but aside from that, everything was good. I am a travel agent and my group stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious, the CR is clean. Heater works well. a 8-10min walk to Pratunam night market. There are 711 nearby, coffee shop near the parking area. Good breakfast. We had our shabu2 dinner at the roof top which is perfect by night to see the City Lights. I never had any problems with the staff coz they are nice. I requested a flat iron and received it in less than 5min. This is a good place for groups or family. I would recommend this to my co travel agents specially for clients who are looking for a decent, clean and good location 3* hotel.

4.0Eftersom att vi kom sent till hotellet och endast skulle stanna 1,5 natt så valde vi inte byta rum. Rummen var inte ordentligt städade, mycket damm och annat under sängen (vattenflaskor, något decilitermått m.m.) Rummen var små, vilket resulterade till att gäster som varit där innan har repat väggarna med sina resväskor som gjorde att rummen såg lite tråkiga ut. Läget är annas bra, 100 m till 7/11 och 10-12 min med bil till SiamSquare, shoppingmalls. Tågstationen låg ungefär 15min gång ifrån.

6.0The hotel room is okay, but the bed is amazing—soft pillows and a fluffy blanket make it super comfortable. The security is good since you need a keycard to access other floors, which feels safe. However, the breakfast choices are limited and the same every day, which gets boring. What really bothered me, though, was the staff. As someone who works in hospitality industry, I was disappointed by how they treated us. When there was confusion or they didn’t understand us, they would just respond with a frustrated "HUH?" and look annoyed. That kind of attitude is unprofessional and makes the experience uncomfortable, especially when you know how things should be handled.
