Great location, excellent fully equipped rooms, pleasant staff and mgmt.
9.0Location and rooms were very nice. We had some issues during check in, rooms ACs were not working and we didn’t get rooms on the same floor as requested. Check in staff (Nihi/Nivi, Reshma) were rather unhelpful and were only offering odd rooms or potentially having us leave to another hotel. Night manager Rahib however turned around the whole situation swiftly as his shift started. He moved us into much better rooms with working ACs, sorted out everything. Super service by him and the rest of the team.
− Front reception employees Nihi / Nivi and Reshma. Very unhelpful, we’re not offering any solutions and tried to put us into odd located rooms away from our sons. Same night, as we checked in v late; Rahib Night Duty Manager sorted all out.
