location great - horrible smell from drains in bathroom is known (unsolved) issue
2.0Location in London and size of the rooms were very good.
− Check in process took over 1/2 hour with no explanation as to why. We had requested that all three rooms were joined or on same floor, three different floors were allocated and couldnt get between floors. The sewage and stale water smell in our bathroom was horrendous, complained to management who set maintenance and housekeeping for zero solution. Final night was so bad requested new room, options presented were poor and not feasible. Had to complain in twitter (X) to get a resolution, which was inadequate. When checking out was told that the smell was a known issue. Book with extreme caution.
