Pour un court séjour au cœur de Madrid c’est bien mais le rapport qualité prix n’est pas intéressant
7.0Établissement bien placé, en plein cœur de la Gran vià. Le personnel est souriant et aimable. Échange en espagnol ou anglais, pas de français. Nous avions un appartement avec terrasse, c’est très agréable pour 2 personnes. Rooftop et bar sympa pour fin de journée.
− 1 seul ascenseur de disponible, le second est en travaux, c’est vite gênant. À première vue l’appartement semble correct mais quand on regarde bien la salle de bain mérite d’être entièrement rénovée, le canapé lit est a changer,les portes des baies vitrées sont très difficiles à ouvrir, 1 seul transat sur la terrasse…

8.0La ubicación,justo al lado de Callao Y que estuviera conectado el parking con el hall del hotel Súper práctico En el último piso donde se encuentra la piscina y el bar es chulisimo Unas vistas espectaculares El personal muy atento y amable
− Estaban en obras con los ascensores Y conectar 12 plantas con un solo ascensor era un poco complicado (aunque también en este caso nos dejaban utilizar el ascensor de los staff) La limpieza en general podría mejorar La ducha de baño,era un poco complicado ajustar el agua para q saliera tibia
