10.0As instalações do quarto são modernas, amplas e muito confortáveis. O chuveiro é excelente, e tanto as roupas de cama quanto as toalhas estavam sempre limpas e cheirosas. O hotel tem excelente localização, na Baixa de Lisboa, em frente ao Elevador de Santa Justa e próximo a uma estação de metrô. Mesmo estando no centro histórico, o isolamento acústico do quarto é muito eficiente, garantindo uma estadia tranquila.A localização permite conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé, além de contar com fácil acesso ao transporte público.A equipe é muito atenciosa e cordial.
