10.0Daniel really made my stay here terrific! First I arrived in front of another neighboring building, I was confused and fumbling to find the correct address. Daniel somehow spotted me and came outside and said my name and introduced himself and helped me inside the hotel, this courtesy so impressed me! His helpfulness continued through a quick and easy check in. He politely assisted me to my room carefully explaining how everything worked. Daniel is proof first impressions make a difference. The apartments are very comfortable and nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen. 3 large upscale very close supermarkets added to the kitchen benefits. I found the upgraded apartments facing the Polanco neighborhood to be preferable for me. Excellent Vervan toiletries were a plus. The area is ideal and loaded with fun things to do. Antara, just across the street provided the perfect place to spend daily rainy afternoons.
