Really bad big noise and service
2.09/19, it’s very sad smell , that I can’t believe it happened and hotel feedback like this, room is very bad smell and very big noise, and 1F was very noise by hotel it self event, very cloud also very noise, and about room noise they also admit people to check, they sure it’s a big noise, I ask to change and front desk said it’s fully booked, and offer me to free cancellation, but when I went 1F they suddenly said a room close to me is available, let me to check see but the issue stil very obvious, so I still didn’t stay , manager also come to say sorry, but after one day, that they suddenly said they won’t pay back and charge , it’s very bad handle , already ask hotels.com to process, why you said free cancellation but after one day you said you change mind, it’s not a good hotel should be,
