10.0The staff was friendly and helpful when needed, the hotel had a pretty modern feel. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfy, overall a great experience, I would definitely be back.

10.0We had a great experience at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The location was perfect, with the World Trade Center right next to it, easy for Uber to pick up and drop off, safe area. The room was very comfortable, the beds were great. Shower was awesome too. The best part of it was the breakfast. We had Rodolfo help us most of the days we stayed with Alan, they were both great. Food was delicious, they always made sure we had everything we needed. We went with our two kids and they prepared the pancakes specially for them, fruit plates, had almond milk for my coffee every time. Hot or cold chocolate for the kids. Service was excellent! Flor also helped us a couple of times and was also very attentive. We loved the staff.

10.0Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and located in a great area with beautiful city views. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The staff was courteous, professional, and consistently attentive, ensuring that we felt welcomed and valued throughout our visit. We would like to extend a special thank you to Jose Guadalupe Hernandez (Chef) and Raul from the Food Lounge for their outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We also sincerely appreciated the kitchen team's efforts in accommodating my nut allergy. Their attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to prepare suitable meal options gave us peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our meals. Overall, we had an excellent experience and look forward to returning in the future.
