Für vier Sterne hätte ich eindeutig mehr erwartet.
7.0Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut (ruhig aber alles ist gut erreichbar mit der Metro).
− Wir wurden leider sehr kalt und genervt empfangen als wir unser check-in gemacht haben. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war auf einem mittelmässigen Niveau. Es wirkte so als würde immer nur gerade das Nötigste gemacht werden beim Roomservice. Das Badezimmer war an einigen Stellen schon etwas abgenutzt und auch nicht sehr sauber. Ich fand es befremdlich, dass ich als Hotelgast konkret eine Reservierung für die Rooftop-Bar benötige, da auch viele Gäste von ausserhalb kamen.
