10.0Great location in Sathorn walkable to BTS & MTS (though the stations, and ticketing, are totally separate). It’s right next to a pre-school / kindergarten (same building) and an insurance-company headquarters (separate building), in a neighbourhood with foreign-embassies : you cannot find any safer.
− Facilities are reliable (good fit at this price-range) but most certainly a taste of an earlier generation of Bangkok construction & fixtures (e.g. water-heater for shower).
