I stayed for a total of 15mins in they charged the full amount after the room wasn’t even ready for us and we showed up

I planned and paid to stay for 2 nights but the place was under my expectation so I was staying only one night. I paid 1

− I have been requesting the full receipt with both booking.com customer service and the property. At first I tried to request online but system showed that I should contact the property directly. Then I called the property at front desk but she refused to provide the receipt and suggested me to call customer service, so I called the customer service. I was instructed to send direct message my full request details to the property while customer service will also contact the property to arrange it for me. Until now I have not yet received the full tax invoice for the property.

3.0The staff was extremely nice.
− The location is not what it looks like on here and down a back alley with garage manufacturing. When walking down during the day we did not look welcomed. We ended up getting a different hotel. I was quickly trying to find other accommodations so did not take photos.
