Es un lugar hermoso, muy tranquilo, lo que no es fácil de encontrar cerca de la ciudad.
9.0Lo mejor es que es muy tranquilo y hay mucho espacio. No hay ruidos molestos, la habitacion era súper amplia. La atención fue excelente. Muy en contacto con la naturaleza.

− Mi reserva estaba estipulada con mascota y desayuno incluído, sin embargo ni una, ni otra. Me cobraron $350 adicional por mi mascota y el desayuno hay que pagarlo
A peaceful and welcoming stay, perfect for slowing down, with a few small areas to improve.
9.0Very calm and peaceful. The owner is very attentive and polite, and his dog is so cute and lovable. You feel safe inside the facilities and can experience tranquility and warmth (even when the weather is actually cold).
− A few small things could be improved. The street leading to the ranch could benefit from some fixing, at least the part where the property is located. It would also be helpful to explain from the beginning that there is no room service. You do understand that one person seems to be taking care of the entire place, but from my point of view, it’s always better to know this in advance. The restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. The cooking is excellent and clearly made with care. While prices are on the higher side, most dishes are well worth it. Maybe adding a coffee pot in the rooms would be a nice touch, so you can make your own coffee to start the day. Another nice touch could be to include a small play area for kids—something rustic like a swing, a slide, or even a tire hanging from a tree—to keep them entertained. An electric heater or a cozy shared heating option where families can gather would also be very welcome during colder days. The internet connection is not very good, which I understand may be part of the idea—to disconnect a little—but nowadays it can be challenging, given how dependent we all have become on being connected.

1.0Victor que es la persona que atiende todo el hotel es muy amable, le pone dedicación al servicio, pero todo lo demas no me gusto.
− • El camino de llegada esta confuso. • La habitación y el hotel no es como se ve en las imágenes, me dio la sensacion que falta manteneimiento, pero que esta ordenado. • La comida y el cafe no me gustaron. • Esta muy solo • Para mi fue muy caro para lo que es ( pague 2,500 mxn por noche) en una habitacion que se supone tenia vista a las montañas, pero mas bien era a un jardin, quiza si fuera mucho mas barato no hubiera tenido esa percepción y no me hubiera molestado que no sea como en la imágenes.
Magníficas vistas, el lugar muy tranquilo.
10.0El hotel esta bien ubicado, tiene vistas hermosas, en lo personal tuve problemas en el camino porque 5 minutos antes hay una subida muy pronunciada, por suerte hable al hotel y me proporcionaron transporte para llegar al hotel , para algunos carros no es problema.
