El lugar es limpio, bonito, cómodo y muy céntrico. Además, fue un gran detalle que hubiera café, azúcar, aceite y agua disponible, ya que eso ayuda mucho durante la estancia.
− Considero que hace falta una mejor comunicación por parte de los anfitriones. Para empezar, el número que aparece en Booking.com no coincide con el que envía las instrucciones. Poco después de recibir un mensaje de la plataforma sobre actividad sospechosa en algunas reservas y la actualización del PIN por motivos de seguridad, debido a una posible filtración de datos personales, me añadieron a un grupo con números que no correspondían a los registrados en la plataforma. Ahí me solicitaron primero un depósito de seguridad mediante un link de pago con tarjeta y solo después enviaron las instrucciones de check-in, lo cual genera desconfianza. La parte más frustrante fue la falta de claridad respecto al check-in. Nos comentaron que, si el departamento estaba listo antes, nos avisarían para poder entrar temprano. Viajábamos con un menor de dos años y llegamos a la zona con más de 3 horas de anticipación. Sin embargo, nunca hubo tal aviso. Incluso nos dimos cuenta de que el departamento si estaba listo antes de las 3 pm; al llegar antes por cansancio, ya no había nadie en el lugar y el código de acceso únicamente se activó a la hora oficial de check-in. No hay problema en que no sea posible ingresar antes, pero sí en prometer algo que no se planea cumplir. Por último, al terminar la estancia pregunté sobre el reembolso del depósito de seguridad. En lugar de recibir una respuesta hinesta (por ejemplo, si hubo algún inconveniente como una toalla manchada y que estaban verificando si era posible limpiarla antes de cobrarla), simplemente dejaron de responder por varias horas, a pesar de que insistí en varias ocasiones. Esto si generó bastante desconfianza y fue una experiencia negativa.
