MY favorite condo in Krug Thep(Bangkok), BEST location EVER.. and the nicest people you will ever.
10.0I USED TO. LIVE in this condo for 3 years,,..and although the cleaner is old and useless(she should retire) the staff and everyone at Ariva who I have known for 6 YEARS are absolutely AMAZING. GREAT PEOPLE.. GOOD HEARTS..ขอพระองค์ทรงพระเจริญพระชนมายุยิ่งยืนนาน และประเทศไทยจงเจริญ

7.0The building is beautiful. It has an amazing pool and a great gym. The staff are very nice
− Our room smelled like an ashtray even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The room could really use some maintenance. The wall paper is peeling off. The non-stick pans were both so worn out that they were unusable. There was no dish soap, dish cloth or sponge. The internet was slow and out for long periods of time everyday. They manage 30 units so we should have pushed right away for a different unit, but after hours of travel, what can you do.
