The apartment was large and airy. It was very clean and serviced every day. Once there it is well positioned in the Barrio Alto which is very quiet by day but comes alive at night. The apartment is a couple of streets away from the busy area so very peaceful at night. Once checked in you have a key code that allows you to come and go as you please and I was grateful for the ability to store my bags for an evening flight departure after check out.

− No the fault of the property but it is almost at the highest point of the Barrio Alto. I made the mistake of arriving by metro at Restauradores, which on Google Maps appeared the closest. Little did I know that this required a long steep climb up the hill that was once served by the Gloria funicular that tragically crashed with loss of life. The kind receptionist who fed me with water told me a much better route is the next stop Baixa-Chado which has a series of escalators that removes 75% of the climb for a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast, which arrives at a time of your chosing in the room in a pre-prepared box, was a little formulaic after a couple of days.

This was my first time in Portugal & My Suite Lisbon was such a lovely start to my vacation.

The location was on a very quiet street with no street noise, but very close to everything in the center of Lisbon. The room was very comfortable. It had a little kitchenette with a fully stocked fridge so I didn't need to request basics like water. Also appreciated the hand written note with complimentary cookies & bottle of port wine.

Wonderful quiet accomodation in the heart of a lively Bairro Alto

The deluxe apartments were very spacious and clean. Our party of 9 people shared 3 apartments and all were of a very good standard. The aircon works well. Nice to have a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and kettle. The fridge contained water, soft drinks, beer, wine and snacks that you could purchase for a few euros. The location of the accommodation is wonderful. Situated down a quiet street yet you can walk around a couple of corners and you are in the heart of Bairro Alto and its many bars and restaurants which we found to be very reasonably priced. It's a great base. Yes you are up high but mostly we felt we walked across town so was mostly on the level. We did use Uber for several trips a bit further afield and they were cheap and very quick to arrive. The breakfast consisted of a cardboard box delivered with a selection of pastries, fruit, fruit juice, mini chocolate bar and sandwich or a wrap. The breads were a tad dry but it was enough to get us started for the day. We used the outside space a few times which is small but pleasant enough for a get together. I would highly recommend these apartments and staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us brief entry to an empty apartment to change clothing before we collected our cases and headed home. Our suites were the deluxe ones. You won't be disappointed.

Grosszügige, saubere Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten viel Platz für 3 Personen. Gute und ruhige Lage.

− Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Aufzug. Frühstück wird in einer Kartonbox aufs Zimmer gebracht und hat uns nicht überzeugt.
