− The lock on the door didn’t work well, the door was slightly unlevel and so the lock couldn’t fit in unless you lifted the door and when trying to open the door it needed to be adjusted or it wouldn’t open, which was very frustrating, also 11am checkout is too early, should be noon. Need to fix door and automatic lock.

Location is great, appartment is ideal compared with a hotel room

− - we got 6 digit pass code to enter the appartment by email, this did not work, after receiving 8 digit code we could enter - host sent us multiple messages during our stay about water cutoff between 10 and 14hrs because of maintenance, where announcement in elevator indicated this is because of water shortage, so not sure why deliberately wrong info was provided - security is horrible: accusing people of not covering seats in roof garden, which we only did not do first day as we were not aware, every next day we covered up, no discussion possible. security not interfering when there was loud noise in middle of night for 1 hour. - rules received by email indicate no Uber pickup allowed, however this is on public street, thus not sure why mentioned, this was done all the time by all residents of the complex

New and secured building, it was nice to have access to the rooftop and the gym. The flat was spacious and the bed comfortable. Plenty of towels, nice view from the balcony. There was coffee, tea, a bit of oil, salt and pepper which was appreciated. It was also nice to be able to work from their lounge when waiting for the check-in at 3 pm. They were quick to respond via texts.

− It was quite noisy as the building is right in the middle of many roads, could hear the traffic even from the 10th floor and with closed windows. But I could sleep through it with earplugs. The room where the washing machine is is always open to the exterior (no closed window), so it is never fully quiet. The floor was dirty, my feet or socks went dark walking on it, which I assume was due to the dust from the pollution coming through the windows. There was no water between 10 am - 2 pm every day. No host, it's all done via texts. No laundry, you'll need to buy a product or ask a neighbour, and no mineral water at all in the fridge, which I found unwelcoming. The check-in is at 3 pm, the flat was ready at 11 am but they didn't let me in, not friendly. And there is no luggage storage or no possibility to work from the lounge anymore during check-out; the building managers will kick you out as soon as the check-out (11 am) starts. The walls in the flat were a bit damaged in some parts; it didn't disturb me, but it was not "luxurious". They don't allow uber to be ordered in front of the building, so you'll need to go and cross the street and order, wait outside.
