Characterful and quiet authenticity in the heart of it all
9.0The giant doors are full of character and open to a green courtyard where you can sit and read or rest. The staff were very accommodating and the place quiet with little foot traffic to disturb a romantic weekend in CDMX.
− The envelope provided for visitors to tip room cleaning staff could be less conspicuous. I feel it's nice to give visitors the chance to express appreciation, but it need not be moved and placed as prominently as possible each day in a soliciting way.

− A lot of staff, a lot of people around the property… it was loud often from guests and staff hanging out in public areas and windows and doors were not sound proof. No AC.
