− I was quite stressed upon arrival. When I opened the curtains, I found bird droppings and full black stains on windows, which created a very poor first impression. The next day was even more disappointing. I left the hotel at around 9:00 AM and returned at approximately 4:30 PM, but my room still had not been cleaned. I had to contact housekeeping and leave the room for another 30 minutes while they cleaned it. Overall, the room cleanliness did not meet the bas standard.
