Great location and design

− I booked a junior suite and was assigned to a studio. Room is very dirty, with hairs from previous guests. Towel is dirty with stains.

Great location, just not the cleanest room

I love how centrally located this property is, it’s in the middle of Roma Norte and it’s super close to Colima Street, which has a ton of restaurants and m shops.

− Beware that there is no safe in the room so if you’re traveling with a passport to carry it with you and there’s nowhere to put it in the room. Additionally, they only give you two towels and if you ask for additional towels, you might not always get them on time. The room wasn’t properly dusted when we got in and there was a massive stain on my couch.
