4.0The property was safe and in a great location. The security personnel are great at enforcing safety precautions. The building is nice and located near all kinds of shops. Parque La Mexicana is beautiful and safe to walk through at any time of the day. The views from the room are also great as this room overlooks the park. We had a few concerns with the property though. One of the bedroom window curtains that block the sun was missing, so we were woken up early by the incoming bright light. Another problem was that we never found the A/C controls, so we couldn’t control the temperature. During the night it was fine as it cooled down a little, but during the day, it got hot. We communicated both problems to the host, but he did not reply at all. There were other minor, but nonetheless annoying, problems. For instance, the shower’s water pressure was very weak, and it took a long time to shower. The bathroom and bedroom doors made noise every time they were open. Lastly, there was a strong odor coming from the laundry room, which needs to be open to turn on the electricity to warm the water and the stove. If these issues are fixed, or if you can live with these issues, the place would be a great fit.
