Nice apartment, lacking maintenance and communication
6.0Spacious and modern, nice view, good location, security guards were incredibly kind and attentive, pet friendly. Espacio y moderno, linda vista, buena ubicación, los guardias fueron super amables y atentos, acepta mascotas.
− The jacuzzi doesn’t work. Even though the listing mentioned in several places that one was available, we were never notified, and it was the main reason for our stay. The apartment needs general maintenance; upstairs there was a grill filled with old, rusty water. Several pieces of furniture were quite worn and dusty. The exterior paint was peeling, and the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. El jacuzzi no funciona, a pesar de que el anuncio indicaba por varios lados que había uno disponible, nunca se nos notificó y era la razón principal de nuestra estadía. Al departamento hace falta darle mantenimiento en general; arriba había una parrilla llena de agua vieja y oxidada. Varios muebles estaban bastante desgastados y empolvados. La pintura exterior estaba cortada y la ducha de arriba todo el tiempo goteaba.

Perfecto para ver la ciudad
9.0Perfecto alojamiento, muy grande y bonito tal cual las fotos. Éramos 7 y estábamos muy bien, camas cómodas. Zona perfecta para visitar Ciudad de México y barrio super tranquilo.
